Open House Meet and Greet – Tuesday, Sept 2 – 2:00-3:00
We welcome families to our open house and teacher meet and greet.  This is a great opportunity for families to walk around the school, meet their teachers and have questions answered at the office.  It’s also a great time to bring in any medications that need to be kept and administered at school.

Kinder Families - To help us get to know your student and family better, please fill out this survey as soon as possible.  It would be best if you could complete it by today or as soon as possible  so we can use this information on the first day of school (for example, we need to know how your kiddo is getting home that day).

Edgewood PTA Ice-Cream Social – Wednesday, Sept. 10 – 6:00
The ice cream social is one of our favorite back to school events and a wonderful opportunity for families to meet!  The event is free, but donations are gladly accepted to help cover the cost and support the school!

 Rather than have extensive supply lists, Edgewood purchases school supplies for our students and we depend on your contributions to do so. The recommended contribution to help cover the cost of supplies is $40. Contributions can be made here or by scanning this QR code:

Edgewood Village is designed to offer support and information to our families who may be interested in learning about school and community resources for food, clothing and financial support. Every student should keep a change of clothes in their backpack!  Accidents happen, rain happens, spilled ketchup happens.....your students will be grateful to have their own clothes to change into

This year, consider how your student gets to school. Walking, biking, skating, scooting, busing, or carpooling all support health, learning, safety, and the environment. If driving is the only option, try parking a few minutes away and walking the rest. It avoids parking lot stress and gives you extra time to connect with your child.
